The hotel is superbly placed just a few steps from the old harbour and only a short walk to the fine hallgrimskirkja. Plus, the really good customer service from the staff immediately.

Marvellous and unbeatable good basic hotel location adjacent to Pub, and the bars let out about 1 am. Besides, excellent for visiting Laugavegur. Reasonably sized and functional room, a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the room......

I had a great two-night stay! The breakfast spread was good, featuring different jams and flavors daily. The room, although small, was super cozy and tidy. the parking garage nearby saved me money from expensive street parking. just moved my car at night when it was free!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main attractions, and the staff were helpful, especially Farooq, who made great suggestions. The breakfast options were limited and the noise from nearby bars made sleeping a bit challenging.

We statyed at Arnarhvoll and the best we found was its location
Too noisy. The doors slam too loud when closing and every night, late, we heard noise from furniture being drag On weekends, they knock the door for cleaning at 0900 and start vaccum cleaning outside then 9 out ot of 12 days the Hotel computer was out of order
